Hi, I'm new to auctiva and was hoping someone who has been here a while could help me. I set up my auto feedback and it was working fine. Now I see it hasn't left feedback for anyone in a couple of days. (I have received many in that time) Is that unusual? Do I need to do anything else? Thanks for any help!

Hi scottt,

Auctiva's feedback service should automatically leave positive feedback for your customers within 24 hours of when they leave positive feedback for you. If a customer leaves you negative or neutral feedback with respect to a given transaction, Auctiva will not leave any feedback on your behalf for that transaction.

If you feel that your automatic feedback functionality is not working properly, please let us know by contacting our customer support department using the appropriate link on our help page, and include at least one example of an item for which you received positive feedback more than 24 hours ago, and for which reciprocal feedback has not been left on your behalf.
