Here is my SECOND support ticket info.

Is anyone having a problem like this?

Support didn't diagnose far enough and closed my support ticket after telling me to "click the "browse" button to upload new pictures from your computer".

HERE'S THE PROBLEM:
there is still no "browse" button to upload pictures from my computer. Here is the sequence:
1.open a saved listing, 2. click on "select an Image", 3. In the "select images window" click on UPLOAD to upload NEW images directly from your computer. 4. In the popup to upload images from your computer it says to "Click the 'Browse' button and locate the image you would like to upload" BUT THERE IS NO NO NO BROWSER BUTTON. THERE IS NO NO NO WAY TO UPLOAD IMAGES FROM THE COMPUTER.
Please don't tell me this issue is "resolved" until you give me back the "browse" button on that form so I can upload the new pictures from my computer. I would appreciate a reply and FIX to this problem. It's getting very very frustrating

Thanks for the suggestions member_8880. I did delete all history and cookies and temp files. Even downloaded mozilla and the problem is still there. Tech support suggested to disable all popups and add auctiva.com to the allowed popups. Did that, and I still have the problem.

Have you tried lately to add a new picture from your computer to an existing saved listing? Once you get though all the screens, and get to the last popup window where you are to browse your computer for the picture, do you have a "browse" button? All I have are two "upload to listing" buttons and one "done" button. Let me know if you get all the way through. I'm not wanting to be the only one with this problem as that's not a good thing.

Thanks for your reply.
Okay, for those of you who should ever have this problem, try unblocking your banner/skyscraper ads in your virus protection program. This was what my problem was and once I unblocked them, closed and reopened my browser, then the "browse" buttons and all the url boxes showed up.

WHAT a HASSEL. None of us want to have to look at the banner ads, but whod a thot it would effect anything but nuisance ads????

Poor tech support really got a work out on this one.
