I do not know if it's me or what but I have no pictures showing on ebay at all. they were working up to a moment ago but now there is nothing!
I have looked at a few other site that use auctiva and they are all the same, so I think it's got be them. Is there any one else having probs?

Mine are working fine

I have no images in my gallery on my listings. Can anyone tell me why and what I can do. It says to download Flash, which I did, but nothing.

I will give one of my auctions and hopefully other people can see the pictures.

You may need to boot your computer down and then start it back up again.

It's always a good thing to delete your history, cache and temp files, too.

When you reboot your computer and it comes back up, I hope your flash works.

Thank you for looking. Glad you can see them. I wonder why it is all blank on my end. It just says I need to download Flash 6 which I did and it is still saying if I am not seeing the pictures to download Flash 6. Anyway, I appreciate all of you for helping and if anyone knows the answer, please let me know.

I had same problem yesterday. I contacted Auctiva Support. I had to uninstall Flash and install Flash 6 in order for my pictures to show. It worked for me. If that doesn't work contact Auctiva Support, they were very prompt in getting back to me, with info.
Sometimes, I get so frustrated with this stuff, but I have to make a living.

I posted several listings last night and when I checked them this morning there were no images. My images didn't show in my Auctiva images files either, so I'm working on it. Never happened to me before.

Will auctiva cover relisting fees with ebay for those of us who have been having problems? I also had issues where items sold for less than they should have as the pictures disappeared in those critical last 24 hours of the listings.

Nice. I have a high-priced auction ending in 2 hours. First my auction started an hour earlier than it was supposed to due to some stupid time setting I had no idea about and now this. Unbelievable.

I'm having the same problems here in the UK.
It's 8 pm on a Saturday evening and my auctions are ending with no one being able to see my pictures!
How come no one from Auctiva is monitoring these complaints?

I have NO PICS in ANY of my current Ebay auctions..and have not been able to complete any ads due to picture problems. This is costing all of us LOTS of lost bids, not to mention $$$$$$$. Why are there so many problems?????????

I'm glad you mentioned the time setting - all of my scheduled items are going on an hour before they should. The system says it is using GMT time - have Auctiva forgotten that British Summer Time has ended - or is it still Daylight Saving Time in the US?

You need to go into the My Account tab and uncheck the box that says "advance clock 1 hour ahead" or something like that. What is that all about? Can't it just be done on it's own. I had no idea that even existed. Stupid.

Geez, speaking of bad English, that should be they're, not there! Got caught up in my overjoyment!

No images in my NC auctions either! They are nearly all ending tomorrow and no bids are coming in. I didn't know why until I actually looked at my listings and saw - ta da - a bunch of empty boxes. Saturday is always a big day for bidding in my area of eBay, and today there are no pictures! "Watchers" are blinking off - apparently they're tired of looking at nothing and have gone away to buy elsewhere. Had counted on good sales this week - instead, some of my best items will go for peanuts, certainly less than half of what would normally be coming in if pictures had remained in place for weekend shoppers.

I kept getting red x's trying to even list them...that went away, but just visited my store and no gallery pics. Grrrr. I ended an auction the other day cause there was a red x and I thought I had messed something up....guess I will pay more money and relist it now.

Any early morning after midnight would be great as long as it is not the same time ebay is holding a special sale for sellers
