No images in store window on eBay

I am also experiencing the lack of photos in listings or in the store window - it seems to be arbitrary which pictures are missing.

I believe that somewhere on the boards it's mentioned that there is maintenance done during certain hours.

When Auctiva does maintenance, if my memory serves, Auctiva turns the gallery/store window off during that time.

I'll try to find the post later...I'm off to life in Florida.

In the mean time before I get back to search it, perhaps you could go to find on the tool bar and use search for the link to place here.

Hmm! While I am aware that Auctiva were carrying out site maintenance the problem has persisted. Maintenance is now over and still no images. It would also seem that there are a number of people experiencing the fault which would suggest it is not related to broweser settings or individual machines. I have posted a trouble ticket and await a response. Thank you though for your help and advice. David

Well, I've now had a response from the good people at Auctiva and the problem is now resolved. They re-created my images (don't know exactly how they did this) and this seems to have solved the problem, in my case at least. If anyone is still experiencing these difficulties then get in touch with the trouble ticket team. As I have told them I am much impressed with Auctiva, even with the odd gremlin from time to time. Well worth sticking with.
