Hello French_Flings,
Has this always been a problem with your items? Or did you just recently place items for sale? Auctiva sometimes takes a period of time to catch up to the loading of images. If not, then file a Service Request using the 'Help' tab at the top of the Auctiva screen.
As for the time zone, look under 'Listing Management for 'Prefered Time Zone'(My Account> Account Settings> Listing Management > Prefered Time Zone.)

I just reviewed your account and verified that your Auctiva store window is now displaying a selection of your current eBay listings Smile

The Auctiva store window actually only displays the time left in each auction and the current price, so it is not time zone specific. However, the time zone reflected in your Auctiva store is PT and, unfortunately, there is no way to change it to reflect your current time zone. We will be correcting this problem in the future but, at this time, I do not have a good idea when it will be resolved.
