No PICS.. AHHHHH.. HELP

I have tried every thing to get my pictures going.. and nothing.. this is what ebay had to say

heck, can't blame em'. I won't bid on anything that I can't see either! Yes we are losing money, just isn't right on Auctiva's part! Still no luck just tried to upload image again ERROR

I guess i cant complain to much.. i think auctiva is great and it is FREE. So for now, i have reformat my larger pics and just routed my pics on my hotter items through my own web server. I'm also using my ebay free be pic as well. But even ebay , as large as they are, have down times as well. Im sure things will get better

I cleared cache.... both of my accounts in the "manage images" all just went down....
Gallery images show on ebay but nothing in the listings. Just red x's.

So you do not see the image above?!? I believe you, that there are red x's, I am just curious if they are from our image server having issues or something downstream. As I mention, I can see the image in question on our image server.

I see the above fine.... but not in my listings... OR in the "manage images" here at auctiva... also red x thumbnails when I go to add images.

I just manually checked a TON of listings that we launched with the last 10 minutes and ALL images are working. One of our image servers may be having an issue, but I need to see one of your 'many' item numbers to check the issue and determine root cause.

Hmmm - Ok, I think I just replicated the issue (everyone). The really strange thing, is everyone's images look fine on my latop, but I had someone at a different site check and they are seeing the red x's (which means, one of our image servers may be having an issue).
