I have not had any problems previously but today I have noticed that I cannot view any images that I have or anyone else has that used auctiva for their ebay listings. When I asked a collegue was there any problems with their pictures they did not have any problem viewing them. When I check my listing via auctiva they are there! So I give up and need advise, please.........

Many thanks for taking time to try and help. The problem is now as follows: I can now see the item pictures but cannot see any pictures in the store part that just says loadind image on every one. 290002925117 is one of my items. I have also noticed that I have the same problem if I go on the auctiva site and go to change store window, all I get is loading, but the pictures have been uploaded and are saved. Yesterday there was not a problem but both my desktop and laptop have the same problem. I though that it might have been a secrurity setting but both machines? I do not know, what I do know is I have been all day with this problem and now need help!! Many thanks for any assistance that you can be in this matter, kind regards, Lesley
I just loaded the listing and can see all of the listing fine, but the store window has "loading image" for all the images and they never load.

So, there is a problem with your store window.

Probably best solution would be to open a support ticket so the guys will know about the problem.

Up in the very top right corner of the page here, there is a small green bar that says "Help | Community | Refer A Friend" Click "Help" and then scroll to bottom of page. There you will see a link for opening a support ticket and a link for later to view status of support ticket.

Be sure to tell them that the images are not loading in your store window, that they stay stuck on saying "loading image".

Best of luck, they should be able to get it fixed fairly quickly.
