No scrolling gallery on new listings

The scrolling gallery has not been appearing on my new listings for two days now.
I contacted support who confirmed that there was a problem and said that they would put it in the hands of their tech staff.
They've gone quiet on me now, no reply to my last two inquiries and still no scrolling gallery. Any suggestions?

Hi,

You can manually add the store gallery code to active listings using the HTML export feature on the Auctiva Store tab page. Just paste the code at beginning or end (where you want it) of the description section using the revise listing editor in HTML mode.

Note, adding/changing the code is subject to usual eBay revision policy limitations for the description section.
