Okay, NOW the only eBay listing I have been able to complete through Auctiva is not showing the template on my ebay site. It was there earlier and now its GONE. what happened?

Hi what listing is it you are having problems with?I looked at your listings but you have alot on.If it is the Dallas Cowboys NFL Fabric Change/Coin Purse #2 I do not even see an Auctiva logo anywhere or evidence of it being posted with Auctiva?
I broke your html code down for the Dallas Cowboys NFL Fabric Change/Coin Purse #2 and I find 1 mention of Auctiva in it. I saw the ebay new item symbol and figured out this was the listing in question. Did you file the support request with Auctiva? Is it possible they reset something in your listing or that you did something they told you to? The auctiva name will be present in your source code alot more than 1 time if you have there template on it?

Hmm just looked at that auction. Where it went I am unsure.Activa usually responds to support requests within a few hours.I know when you have a problem that feels like an eternity. Been there done that. Hope you get it all straightened out soon

Steve, The "see more items" is still in the ebay listing, at the bottom. It still shows 8 different items. Along with the scrolling Auctiva one, up above. I hope it all gets straightened out too, as I am afraid to do anything else on the site. Thansk SO much.
Just went back and looked again. It takes awhile for it to load on Internet Explorer but if I let it open sure enough it reappears after a few minutes to SEE MORE ITEMS.
