Thanks for helping to bring these issues to our attention. We are aware that a number of users began encountering these issues recently, but our technical team has actually just released a change to our site which is expected to resolve them so hopefully you will not encounter these issues any longer moving forward.

If you are still encountering either of these issues at this time, I recommend clearing your browser cache and then restarting your browser to see if these functions begin operating normally once again thereafter.
