Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention.

We have received a few other reports similar to yours from sellers who are using the Chrome browser and our technical team is currently looking into the situation, but we have not been able to determine what may be causing this to happen quite yet.

Provided you are encountering this behavior when using the Chrome browser, I believe you will be able to work around the issue for the time being by using an alternate browser such as Firefox and Internet Explorer instead.

If you do not already have either of these browsers installed, you should be able to download them at no cost using the buttons provided in the “Latest Browser” section on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/faq/most-commonly-asked/
