Not all live items on Ebay show up in active listings

How can I import any listing that Auctiva missed? I cannot add pictures to my auctions as one item I am selling will not update into active listings. This has happened before and nowhere on the help index can you find anything for importing auctions, please help.......

I don't use the lister on Auctiva, just the image hosting and gallery. I list straight off Ebay.

Hi,

The should show up eventually. Sometimes it can take a few hours depending on how busy we are importing things for it to get yours. If they don't ever show up you can file a support case and we'll give your account a kick-start.

They still aren't showing up (and I added to my auction last night and again this morning when still not showing) and tech support is saying to manually put them in. that is a real pain in the rear for amount of ads I have to do it for.......

I'm sorry, I thought you were talking about my images. Yes, the missing import is now there, thanks. Can you work miracles on getting my images into existing auctions? i haven't been able to ad since last night.........

Hi Cynde,

Have you tried adding images using the "Add Images" button on the Auctiva active listings page. Just check the box next to the listing you'd like to add images to and click the button. This process can be used to append images to active listings.

Yes, they have finally confirmed to me a problem and that it is fixed but backed up. It was like pulling teeth to explain to them that i was using the add images button, but someone finally made sense of it.
