I'm having the same problem...WTF? I was able to post this afternoon but now no dice. I tried a bulk schedule which didn't work. No error messages generated & the listings were stuck on "ready". Also tried immediate listing on one listing. Same problem.
I can imagine there aren't MANY people on duty late on a Sunday night, but there must be at least ONE.
They should be trained that standard protocol is that if you can't fix it in five minutes, you have to spend at least two minutes posting "news" or an "alert" that "there is a problem, and we are working on it."
They know Sunday evening is the busiest time all week and most sites I am familiar with schedule for that contingency or at least have an immediate emergency response team on call.
Still no response to Support case almost an hour ago.
If they are scheduled, theoretically, they will be canceled by Auctiva because they did not post within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. That is if everything is the posting module works correctly and we certainly know that ain't happening right now.
regular posting are not going either been like this for a couple hours. any news? I think this is there way to get us to shell out money for extra support grrrr
Someone mentioned they sprung for the Premium package and still can't get a phone number to call.
2 hours since I filed a Support Request and still NADA in reply to it and a couple of follow ups.
Will probably get the usual, there is nothing wrong on our end. Its a browser problem, Clear your cache and cookies and if it doesn't work get back to us.
None of my listing are posting as well. Not happy! Anyone know of a more reliable service? Auctiva is getting to be way too slow for my liking. It was a faster service when it was free. None of my auctions posting has ruined my weekend, considering I spent most of the weekend editing posts to go up tonight!
I'd like to extend a sincere apology to all of you for the service disruption. The portion of our system responsible for posting listings to eBay underwent an unusually high load this evening and as result became unreliable.
We've been working to resolve this as quickly as possible and believe we have isolated the problem and re-stabilized the system. However, please re-schedule any listings that failed tonight as unfortunately, they are not recoverable. If you continue to have problems listing please file a support ticket and we'll continue working until all issues are resolved.
well i still cant list. Items i try to list instantly are going to schedule and after 15 mins or so i get a failure "not posted in time" Whats going on?
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
