I signed up 3/25 and my template, current listings and autiva store window is not showing in my ebay store. its been more than 48 hrs. is it gonna take longer or did i possibly do something wrong?

Did you get a token?
in my events section it says that i did sucessfully.
I would go to HELP and file a support case

I am unable to pick my ebay token
Hi Community,
There has been an ongoing technical problem on eBay's end that is causing certain users to be unable to generate eBay tokens. If you are unable to generate a token and no errors are reported within your Auctiva account, you are probably being affected by this issue. Nothing happens when I try to obtain ebay token.
