The free supersized images, free templates, free scheduled listing, etc...I'm trying to be patient and I know that once all the updates are made and bugs are worked out, it'll be great. I certainly don't blame them--I blame ebay for constantly trying to "revamp" their site with all these changes....grrrrrr!
Well said! I applaud Auctiva for their extreme effort to keep up with all the changes implemented by eBay. I seriously don't see how you can offer your services FREE, but it has been a godsend for me. I appreciate your hard work and know this must be a nightmare for your programmers. I know it can be so frustrating for users to deal with the problems many of you are having at present. Just remember, these guys are working their butts off on a site that offers us FREE EVERYTHING. If you aren't happy at present and absolutely must list, go to eBay and list until the problems are sorted out. After all, you haven't paid Auctiva for anything and have saved tons of money over time. GIVE THEM A BREAK!!!!!!! If you can't understand that most programming changes require some tweeking, go join another auction management host site and pay the fees. Then when they have problems, you will have a legitimate excuse to rant and rave because you are PAYING for the service.
