I can't enter anything into my item description box. The curser won't work there. Also, I can't save the listing once it is created because the save button (and the post button and the schedule button) are all dead. Why didn't you leave Auctiva alone. It was working fine until yesterday's upgrade. Whoever is responsible for this mixup should be either retrained or fired. It is affecting the incomes of hundreds if not thousands of people.

I sympathize with Auctiva--eBay has been making tons of changes to their site, and in turn Auctiva has to make changes so that their software will work on ebay...if Auctiva didn't make these updates, no one would be able to list on eBay through Auctiva ever again...and that would cost me a ton of $$! The free supersized images, free templates, free scheduled listing, etc...I'm trying to be patient and I know that once all the updates are made and bugs are worked out, it'll be great. I certainly don't blame them--I blame ebay for constantly trying to "revamp" their site with all these changes....grrrrrr!

Well said! I applaud Auctiva for their extreme effort to keep up with all the changes implemented by eBay. I seriously don't see how you can offer your services FREE, but it has been a godsend for me. I appreciate your hard work and know this must be a nightmare for your programmers. I know it can be so frustrating for users to deal with the problems many of you are having at present. Just remember, these guys are working their butts off on a site that offers us FREE EVERYTHING. If you aren't happy at present and absolutely must list, go to eBay and list until the problems are sorted out. After all, you haven't paid Auctiva for anything and have saved tons of money over time. GIVE THEM A BREAK!!!!!!! If you can't understand that most programming changes require some tweeking, go join another auction management host site and pay the fees. Then when they have problems, you will have a legitimate excuse to rant and rave because you are PAYING for the service.

I agree! Auctiva has been a huge help and has saved me so much money..once in a while something happens but that happens even to Ebay and I can deal with it. things have been working great for me and I appreciate it VERY much. It can be frustrating when your pictures disappear or whatever but things happen sometimes that are beyond our control and overall I would say Auctiva has awesome service! Thank you!
