I've just signed up and the program said it had imported things from my current listings but then it says i have nothing? Nothing listed, nothing sold, what did I do wrong?

The only clue to where a problem might be is in my account/events tab where I have a 'failed' message "Ebay account was not registered for needed notifications" what does this mean?

I saw the scrolling window in someone's auction and thought "that looks good" and saw that it had been added after the auction had been listed. This is what I was hoping to do with my listings but alas....
Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.

Thanks for that.

Having ran around the forum a bit, I can see that Auctiva has the usual Ebay characteristics of "sometimes it's great and sometimes it can be a right B*t*h"

Everyday I see the saying "every action has an equal and opposite reaction" in operation IE you create a free society so that everybody has a chance to make something of themselves but at the same time, it means that every knuckle dragging, tax sponging, forehead bulging, scumbag has the freedom to screw it up for you as well. (sorry about that, it's been a trying day).

So, I'll wait and see if the scrolling window thing appears in 6 hours or so but I don't think I will put too much faith in something that is free, just my natural self defence mechanism kicking in. We'll see.
I have had problems with Auctiva importing my listings, only 1/3 have showed up. I read alot of other problems here too. I filed a 'ticket' a week ago and still no response. Vendio is looking good right now for only $3.95 a month. You get more than 14 items in the store window too I believe. I'm just pissed at at the time I wasted with auctiva.
Here's a forum on this board that's specifically for the Stores Gallery Window.

There's a stickie folder on top that has a great amount of information that will help you.

Also, in regards to not receiving an answer to your email? I've always had an immediate response notating that Auctiva had received my question and would get back with me. Then there's the email notating that an answer has been left online that normally comes within 30 minutes tops.

Have you checked the ticket manually to see if it's been answered?

Sign into your account. Go to the top where it states Help. Your ticket that you filed will be there along with the responses to it.

If you didn't get either of these emails then your email carrier has sent the emails to your spam/junk folder or deleted them completely.

My Best,
Donna
Hi Nokatay,

Your support request was responded to on Saturday at 11:02:25 AM PST. You should have received an email informing you of this but, if you did not, it was most likely filtered into your Spam/bulk email folders.

You can always view the response to your support inquiry by clicking on the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link at the bottom onf our help page.
