Hi shopwithcarolina,

There's actually no way to update the images on the store window, even if you change all the images on eBay...I was unclear about this myself until today.

If there's a listing that's showing the wrong image in the store window, or, for some other reason, you have listings you don't want displayed in the store window, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store. This can be done at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Edit Items. Any items that are made hidden will not be displayed in the Auctiva store or store window the next time it refreshes...it does so every 2 hours.

I hope this helps=)

shopwithcarolina,

I just viewed some of your listings and didn't see any closed listings in your store window. However, if there are listings in your store window that you no longer have or don't want displayed for any reason, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store.

To make items hidden, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Edit Items. On this page you'll have the option to make items featured or hidden. Any items that are made hidden will not be displayed in the store window the next time it refreshes...it does so about every 2 hours.

If you're still seeing closed items in your store window, maybe its cached. Try clearing your cache via the following process:

In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.

In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear All.

I hope this helps=)

pattieone,

Our listing maintenance, which updates current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time is done about every 6 hours. These updates will be reflected under active listings.

Once prices are update by the listing maintenance, updated proces will be shown in the store window the next time it refreshes...it does so about every 2 hours.

-Mike
