In my Shipping Profile I have flat rate for domestic and calculated for international. When I start a new listing, these options show up in the Shipping section just the way they are supposed to. However, when I preview the finished listing there are some inconsistencies.

At the top of the listing, where you see the picture, time left, location, etc., “Worldwide” correctly shows up next to “Ships to”. Great! However, the little Shipping & Handling / Service grid only shows the domestic shipping option. International doesn’t show up at all.

What am I doing wrong?
