Only some of the imported Ebay listings showing a photo in store window!

I am having the same problem. 2 items are showing only but not the other. How long does it take to refresh new items listed in the running auctions posted before the new ones?

scroll to the ebay cross promotions and look for the last one on the left, it has no picture - is this what is happening to you also?

I don't buy gallery pictures either but I am begining to think the only way to have them in your ebay cross promotion is to get a gallery pic, thus doubling your fees.

A listing needs to have a gallery or header image to be imported into Auctiva and be displayed in the store window.

If you list through Auctiva, this is a non-issue.

Hi Mike, I do have a picture on my listings, I just don't pay for a gallery picture.

The issue I have is not with my Auctiva scrolling pictures, it's how Auctiva is affecting my ebay cross promotions.

The way I am using it is I get my 12 different cross promotions from ebay and my 12 from Auctiva, in theory 24 different cross promotions (which I am getting) just not photos on my ebay one after using Auctivia.

Is this a fault that will be corrected in the future?

I don't think too many people will be doubling their fees - the thing is does Auctivia outweigh the absence of pictures on ebays service?
