Pay It Now option and PayPal Account type???

Hey,
I have PayPal Personal Account and when I tried to post listing, I got Auctiva error message saying,

"You need to upgrade your PayPal account to Premier or Business
　to require an immediate payment.
　Go to https://www.paypal.com/ca/UPGRADE or turn off the
　immediate payment requirement for this listing"

Is this normal?

Do I have to have an Premier account in order for me to list with Pay It Now option or eBay Store option??

Yep. It's a requirement to have a premium or business in order to receive immediate payment.

Paypal will be happy to help you. You can upgrade on the site or give them a phone call.

Actually, it's a requirement to upgrade in order to accept PayPal on eBay period.
