Had to send manual invoices to some buyers. The buys sent me messages through e-bay and said that when they tried to pay they were directed through auctiva and got error, couldn't complete the transaction. Anybody else? BTW, Keep informed by looking at the "NEWS" postings at the beginning of community forums. Auctiva Mike is letting us status of issues.

The same thing happened to me a few years ago and I was instructed to just not use Auctiva's checkout settings so I deactivated them. Now it just goes through eBay's checkout and I had have had no problem like that since then. I love using Auctiva for my listings, but that's about it. Whenever they do something new there is always a major glitch for a while till it gets resolved, and they get rid of the bugs. I also don't use the insurance feature either! I just wish they would get their template issues resolved already...plus the posting issues. I would like to post some auctions in the next few hours if possible....Oy Vay!
