I'm verified and confirmed with PayPal using only a PO Box. All you need to do is use a PO Box for your mailing address with your bank, which PayPal will then confirm. Some banks will also require your physical address for their records.
I also am verified with a PO Box. I do not have a mailbox at my driveway, and do all my personal business with my PO Box. It is a lot safer than leaving important mail in a plasic box next to the road. (This is my first post)

Amen to that! In this world we live in, even before the onset of rampant ID theft, what conceivable sense does it make to leave your mail in a box on the side of your house or next to the road? Or for that matter, having your physical address out there online for all the world to see? You're just begging for it.
Heads up though. Paypal will not send you the ATM card to a POB. So if you want one, get it before you swap your address in the system. I started with a POB and have to now switch for however long it is going to take, to get the card. YAY!!! Can't wait.
