Photo Formatting Inquiry

Hello,

I'm new to listing with Auctiva. I just created my first listing. I have two questions.

First, is it possible to change the formatting in which my photos show up under the description section? They are showing up in a list format now, one under the other. Since there are 13 photos, I'd rather have them listed in pairs side by side instead of one under the other; this way, it'll take up less space and people won't have to scroll down as much. Is this possible? If so, how?

My second question is in regards to the scroll gallery. It is showing up on all of my existing listings from eBay that I have imported to Auctiva. But it is not showing up on my new listing that I just created through Auctiva and I would like for it to. How do I go about doing this?

I figured out the issues with the scroll gallery so no need to answer that one.

Still wondering in regards to the formatting of my pictures, if they can be placed next to each other in pairs going down, as opposed to a single one under the other.

Any help would be highly appreciated..

Hi Antiques Buyers -

there are a few different formatting options you can use in regards to the placement of your images if you are using one of our templates in a listing. If you have already added a template to a Saved Listing, you can select the Modify Layout link on the lister page near where you select the template and a pop up window will then show the listing with the template. On the left side of this there is a space labeled "Customize Layout" with options for Grouping your images that can be applied within the template.

This option is also available in the template selection popup after you have selected a template for a listing you are currently working on.
