Photos do not upload!!!

They upload in Mozilla but not in IE.

Mine are not uploading during the listing phase

Hi - Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Always worth a try.

Hi All, I am from Australia and have been having this problem for a week now (since last weeks maintenance). I have reported this and have received a response. Auctiva are having a problem with their server and have yet to fix it. Hopefully they should have it fixed soon.

I am having the same problem, but it began for me only this morning. Auctiva was working fine yesterday. However, I HAVE been able to upload photos manually one-by-one on the listing page, using the Upload function. It is tedious, but it works.

I am having the same issues. It has been going on for about an hour. The first pics uploaded just fine and now I get the error message and the auctiva banner as well. This is soooooo frustrating!!!!!!!!!

My images won't load with any method or any browser

I haven't tried listing tonight so I don't know if I am or would have the same problem again but I am going to try for tomorrow so hopeful there will be some positive feedback on this board by then!!

I am also having the same problem this morning. When it started last evening every now and again it would load a single picture while I was doing the listing. Now it won't even do that. It begins the process then stops and a half of the Auctiva banner appears in the upload area. I've shut my system down and cleaned it up. It still isn't working. UGH !!

Had the same problem yesterday. Eamiled tech support and have not got it working. Not really down to them as it was a checklist of things to do.

This worked for me. Something has happened to the secuirty settings on Auctiva site and how it interacts with browsers.

This worked for me on IE. Just add auctiva as a trusted site and it works.

None of my pictures are showing up. You can see the little gallery pic when you look at my aucitons, but when you click on each one, you can't see a picture. I have looked at other sellers that use Auctiva and you can't see anyones pictures. WHY, and When will it be corrected?

It IS on my trusted sites and they still do not show up.

I am having the same problem this morning. I get the blue auctiva banner during the uploading phase of photos whether it is 1 or 5. It worked fine yesterday. They are on my trusted sites and my cache is cleared so they must be having an issue somewhere.I hope it is resolved soon. Have a good day everyone.

Our engineering department is currently investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible most likely in the next few hours. In the meantime, this may be an intermittent problem. In which case trying your upload again could remedy this issue.

Mine has worked very intermittantly today. I have maybe been able to post 5 items of the 50 that are saved awaiting pictures. It worked for a brief period but I am down again.

My photos have not uploaded since last night. Any idea how long it will take them to get the problem fixed???? Been useing the Auctiva site for the past 2 months.

I signed up for the board just to let you know it is a problem with auctivas down sizing the pictures. I am unable to load my regular pictures that I have been using for a few months. I was ably to load smaller pictures like 250x300, ect. Im sure by now they have figured it out. I tried on both my computors. One is brand new and got the same result on both

Just one more quick note. Even after getting them down to 350x250 the supersize option under picture is not coming up when you preview the listing before posting to ebay.

Add me to the list of those who can't upload to listings today. Filed a support case-not much help yet. I was able to upload a few this afternoon, but now again no luck. This is a real serious problem ! Help !

Have you tried uploading your pictures BEFORE you use the listing form?

I've got 2 comps. same OS's. one I have to use the individual browse old school uploader, the other one I use the drag'n drop. Both are working for me today.

Mine is working fine as I just uploaded 4 pictures for one auction and it listed with no problems and included the images .. Check it out
