Picture Captions Not Working

Hey there! Having some issues with picture captioning.

I have made the caption and saved the caption in image managing. On the auction building page I have checked 'show captions' but captions are not showing on the auction preview. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi LuckBeALadyTonight,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. It sounds like you have taken the appropriate steps such that the captions you have created should show up for any images you have placed in the Auctiva Image Selection section, so I am not quite sure why this feature is not working as expected for you.

I also conducted a few tests surrounding this feature and did not have any trouble seeing my captions on the listing preview page after adding them through the Image Management page and checking the “Display Image Captions” box on the lister.

If you continue to encounter this behavior, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your account. We will be happy to review the listing(s) in question and see what we can do to help.

Hi Mike! Well is my face red. After reading your reply something triggered and now I think I know what is causing my problem.

You said within the 'Auctiva Image Selection section'. I was trying to get captions on pictures that were directly placed within the auction description - not the Image Selection.
