Picture Management & Request for Thumbnails

I have an idea how you may address the many request for thumbnails. As I was going thru my picture folders, I decided to click on the options button, which I had not used before. I was delighted to see that you could bring up the listings to which the photo was tied. I then checked a few that I thought were listed but were not. I have been having trouble telling what needs to be relisted and then it hit me that if we had a list option there perhaps it could take us back to the saved listing and we could take care of it then. Not terribly clear on this since I am not a programmer by any means, but seems like it would be plausable. Perhaps we could even choose from a relisting a saved listing and creating a new one right from the photo itself. Am I thinking straight? That seems to be such a simple way of managing the whole process. When items are sold or out of stock, they could be moved to a folder and eventually deleted easily. Please every one let me know what you think.
