Hi there, I've had a look through the forum, but can't seem to find this specific problem.
I list my items using ebay (not auctiva) and leave my listing pretty much blank initially, no photo, no description, so I can get them all up at once around the same time. I also relist some items, that are fully completed listing, with photos etc
I then go back into the "empty" listings one by one (again in ebay) and start adding proper descriptions, photos, postage costs etc.
When I check my listings in Auctiva or the Auctiva Scroll Bar, within my ebay listing, the relisted items all have images, but the subsequently edited listings, never have an image, always stateing "No Picture Available" in both. I should add, that all the images are correct and in place on my actual ebay listing.
Can anybody help me out here, where am I going wrong or what is going wrong.
