picture not included in description when no template is used

hi,
is there a way to get a picture into the description area when not using a template?
its not showing up when i remove the template, but does show up if i use a template

Hi John,

You can add images to your listings using either the "Select an Image" boxes, or by placing them directly into the desciprition editor, even if you are not using a template.
