Pictures 'failed' not computer

i have had this problem with auctiva before and it was not my computer either, it took a few hours to a day for the problem to be fixed. hope it gets fixed soon!

this is a frequent problem for Auctiva,,,it's really aggravating when your sale ends or is a couple of hrs. from ending and the pics go out,,,so no one can see pics, guess what,,you paid to list it for NOTHING!! I just had a couple end, can't see pics, so Auctiva costs us money when they do this. So, it's not your p.c., it's auctiva and if we continue to use their free service basically you get what you pay for.

Thank you. I understand and overall I am very happy with Auctiva...so a few glitches here and there is worth it for items I sell and need extra photos and love the templates. Thanks again.

Thank you..it seems to be better now. Maybe they're having growing pain...
