This problem / error just started happening last week. When I upload my pictures...it doesn't upload anymore. Sometimes if I SKIP a box...and go down a couple more, it might upload more than one. Usually it stops after the 2nd upload and I get an error message. Intermittantly I may be able to upload more than 1 picture. THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I can't upload my pictures ONE AT A TIME!! What is wrong??????

I am having the same problem and it is more than driving me crazy!! I dropped turbolister because of problems and now this. Please let us know when this will be fixed. The error message I am getting reads:Xupload error, sending information to the server failed with error code 12031. Uploading has been aborted.
I usually upload about 15 pics at a time. Problems, so dropped to 3, worked for a while then stopped, dropped to 1. Now I can't get even 1! I usually use drag and drop, tried HTML, doesn't work either. HELP
I have been having the very same problems all of a sudden. The very same pictures that once uploaded will upload no more. I keep getting that error message, but I bypassed it. If you decrease your pictures to Thumbnail size, then your pictures will load, BUT one small problem, You have no option on the auction to supersize it. At least you can still get the free pictures and many of them to eBay. I even deleated some of my pictures, because I thought I had used up too much space on Auctiva.
Well, photos were not uploading yesterday around 5:00pm but, started working around 7:30pm. Today around 4:00pm I tried to upload my photos and it's not working again! It's now 8:13pm and still nothing... I've tried absolutely everything... Restarted computer and Explorer, signed out and back in Auctiva, tried all three upload options, tried uploading one at a time, resized photos, (even though they are well under 1meg), Even tried basic uploader with Mozilla FireFox and absolutely Nothing works!! Always get the same error message.... "Errors occured while uploading your files. Not all files have been uploaded." AUCTIVA TECH... PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM... PLEASE, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!

Update - I am pleased to report that we just released a new bulk uploader today that should alleviate the problems many customers have been having uploading images, especially larger ones, over the past few weeks. You can access this new uploader by clicking the "Upload Images" link under the "Images" tab within your account and then selecting "Auctiva Uploader".
