Pictures will not load & Auctiva is sooo slow today

I'm trying to list with 9 pictures on my lisitng & the uploaded gets to 281 kilobytes and freezes up my screen. I have to cancel it out & retry and retry. Even tried to just download 2 pictures & the same thing is happening. Any advice? Thanks

Okay now I've been trying to load just 1 picture & as soon as I select the picture to be downloaded and click onto upload command, I get the green bar loaded with green, however, it tells me it's "waiting for Auctiva Server"? Looks as though I won't be listing tonight as planned. Grrrr.
I've never had this problem before and it's so frustrating. I've cleared cookies, rebooted and restarted my screen several times to no avail. Is it Auctiva or on my end?
