This happened Sunday night and its happening on my rescheduled postings tonight. They just dont list. They say "ready" under the scheduled page but they just dont list.

I have contacted support Sunday and NO ANSWER.

What the heck is going on. I have been using the site for a few months.
Sunday I WAS able to post a few manually but it took a while do to.

Someone please help me.

Auctiva??? Why dont I get any answer to my support request??

not to mention this site is PAINFULLY slow when Im trying to deal with these auctions that arent posting.

So I have manually posted them every 10 or 15 minutes and they are now posted. Why can I post them manually but not scheduled? Also, when I post them manually, I open them, and say "post" and it doesnt change that they are still in teh scheduled list, though they are not also on ebay.

What is going on?

In addition, a couple of them FINALLY posted automatically (over 1 hour late) so I had to end those listings but I am now getting charged for duplicate listings. Man this is so messed up.
no they dont say failure at all. The time passed for all of them and they just said "ready". Same as they said all week before posting.

And after a couple hours, I had to get them posted cause I dont want them to be ending late at night. So I opened them and manually posted them. I dont know how else to do it. I guess I can just save them and manually post them but the whole point of scheduling is to be able to post them when I cant manually do it.

I STILL have no response from Auctiva. Dont know why or why this is suddenly just happening to me (and maybe a couple others?) I cant do live chat during the hours they offer it due to work. I dont know what to do but I feel pretty screwed.
Energy, I'm sorry I have no answer for you but I THINK I have a hunch about the lack of support....I too have put in about 4 support requests recently with NO response. This is NOT the Auctiva I know. So I checked in my account under open cases and they HAVE been answering (apparently) But I'm not getting the emails. Problem is, there's no link to the cases so I don't know what's what Frown
A couple of them have 'proposed solutions, waiting for my response' but how can I respond with no link and no email???

I think there's some kind of hang up somewhere, I have never seen so many people saying they can't get an answer...

There was an answer when I looked into the open cases. Although, they basically said I have to contact Ebay for the double postings and they made no comments on the fact that my auctions arent posting.

So yeah, for some reason Im not getting any notifications for their responses.

Well Im going to hound them again to answer the REAL question which is why my auctions dont post if scheduled.

Hia Energy, Happened to me previously and when i checked the time was an hour behind so once this was ajusted it the scheduling worked ok, that may be the problem just a thought hope it works - Karen
