I don't know if this will be any help to you at all, but here goes....I normally use Firefox as my browser and I love it. However, I discovered a couple of weeks ago that IE works a LOT BETTER for ME when listing. There is obviously something in the Firefox that blocks certain things, so now I list only with IE. If you are already using IE, then this doesn't help much. Good luck!

Support tickets are giving case numbers. When you are in doubt to whether or not your question has been received.
Sign into Auctiva>Help>File A Help Request>Check an ongoing support case

This will give you updated information on your request for help.

Alot of time spam controls for your email account prevent you from receiving the answer via email.

The second I file a support ticket, I receive notification that it has been received. Did you receive this? If not, then it's your spam controls on your email account.

The suggestion to use Firefox or Opera as your browser are great also. Any pop up blockers going? Any tool bars such as eBay? The eBay tool bar is spyware and if you have it? Get rid of it asap.

Good Luck,
Donna
JJabs - if youre using AOL, AOL is NOTORIOUS for blocking legitimate emails from getting to you. (ironically, donna and I were *just* discussing this on another thread)

I'm not familiar with AOL's spam controls, but basically you need to turn off all spam filtering or add auctiva.com to your allowed list.

Then, once that's done, you should get the emails. BTW, Check your spam folder to see if theyre in there.

once you have aol convinced to let your email through, try going to https://www.auctiva.com/recoverpassword.aspx and tell it to email your pw to you.
