I closed my account last night and was going to reopen it. I only wanted to not do Auctiva checkout. Now when I try to open it back up it won't allow me because it says someone already has that email address. Then I tried to use my old password and it won't let me in. I have tried to email Auctiva and I need my old name and password. Nothing is working Please can someone help me.

Please this has me in tears. My customers can't check out because I have turned off Auctiva. I love the look Auctiva gave me. It looks so fancy. I just want to do my own billing.

Hi Brenda,

I went ahead and reactivated your account so all you'll need to do to get your checkout working again is generate a new token.

To do this, log in to your Auctiva account and go to My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.

Also, if you would like to disable Auctiva checkout, you can do so at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Checkout Settings. Any listings posted after checkout is disabled will not go through Auctiva checkout.

Your Auctiva user ID is "Steffan6699" and you can retrieve your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link on the log in page.
