please help totally confused

Need more information to help you completely.Are you able to see items if you go to my Ebay but unable to find them by searching? If so it is called Indexing and it takes a few hours for Ebay to make new items listed through Auctiva searchable. Also I tried to look for items for sale under your Screename and Ebay shows no user registered under that name.It is really hard to help with such limited information

i havent listed anything from auctiva yet but on ebay the store that i made when i go to store inventory it says i have no listing in there

If you have not listed anything through Auctiva yet it sounds as though it may be a problem on Ebays end?Is the only thing you have done with Auctiva so far just generated a token?WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SEARCH EBAY FOR ITEMS FOR SALE BY SELLER. GO TO ADVANCED SEARCH AND TRY TYPING YOUR USERNAME IN AND INCLUDE COMPLETED ITEMS.if you think it is Auctiva related try filing a support request and Auctiva support may be able to help you out http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Hi Ninth I remember the post but I did forget that Ebay pulls the plug on your auctions to check for fraud protection.I thought it was only after listing items they did that.Oh well that is why I hit these boards, always learning new things!
