Please show hits on my active listing page

I am replying to my own post to repeat all of the above. I would like the hit counter to show #s of hits instead of n/a on my active listings page. I would like to know how to make this happen without asking Jeff every time I have new listings. Taz, maybe you know the answer to this dumb question. Anyone? Anyone?

Hello, I, too, have the same problem. Not all my active listings on Auctiva show "hits". I have send two mails already regarding this issue. But no one has addressed it yet! Would some one inform us as to what to do to get this hits to show in our active listings? Thanks

It's been a while since the questions has been asked by several persons. And we have yet to receive an answer, or tell us where to find the answer: Why do we get NA instead of hits with some of our listings in the active page? For my part, I have not done anything different. Would someone gives us the courtesy of replying? Thank you.

Don't know if I have the answer or not, but it's probably just taking time to update, like number of bids for example, along with other things.

I myself don't use Sellathon, but maybe I'm missing something.....wouldn't it be just as easy to go to Ebay to see hits?? Just askin

As regarding hits showing as NA in the auctiva active page. I don't believe it's a matter of updating, since some on my listings, done on the same day show, and others don't. For those which do not show, I have waited for a whole month! (the listings will go off before it is updated). I think the answer lies elsewhere. But where??? Anyone of the Auctiva staff??
As to your suggestions of looking at Ebay's page. It means (probably) that you would have to go there and revise all of those items not showing hits on the auctiva active page, and request that counter be turned on. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. And, again, thanks.

Include me in the count... At first I thought it was because I recently joined and N/A was just on Imported Listings.

Because someone else was having problems, I took a second look and I have 28 auctions with N/A hits - exactly half of the auctions. Some are imported and eBay store listings, but some are also listings generated thru Auctiva.

Sorry I don't have a solution for you...

Did you ever get a definitive answer on this? I'm having the same problem and I'm seeing a lot of N/A's.

I'm sorry to report that I (we) have never received an answer regarding this problem! Apparently no one knows how to solve it or, worse, no one cares!
