Is there a place I am not finding where a person can use prefill, and if not will there be an option of prefill in the future. If it already exists how do I get to it?

Are you talking about like same shipping costs that you will have on all your listings? You could set up a "shipping profile" and have that loaded up each new listing. I created a master profilethat had all sections preloaded. So when I do a new listing I use the master profile and my shipping, portions of my description, and payment info loaded up all at once. BUT now since they put this new editor in place my profiles are gone so I think I have to redo them all. But not sure yet still working with this new editor thing.
I am talking about putting in the UPC number and ebay finds all the info on the item, stock photo and descriptions.
