Auctiva as acknowledged that this is a problem, has forwarded this to Engineering. But said they do post to ebay correctly. I am a HUGE PREVIEWER so am waiting to list, as IF there is problem I am also NOT HUGE on double work changing in auctiva and then in ebay.

If you are having preview problems please write them anyway, I cut/pasted listing titles for examples to them so they have something to look at.

Auctiva, this is still not working? Can we get status update on it? Apparently, either no one previews except me OR there are very few ebayers on forums.

If you are not going to be able to fix how about fixing so we can default back to old page if we choose to. Only feature change on new page that I can see which is GREAT (IF) all works is the specifics showing up. Right now we gave up one to get the other?? I had just as soon stick with old until this one is fixed.

Yes, may/could list to ebay right, but I had rather see as we could before before I list.

Thanks for an update or defaulting back if change fixing it is going to take very long.

Thanks for checking back in with us about this. As you mentioned, our engineering team is working on the issue causing the shipping services not to show up on the new preview page, as well as a number of other issues with that page, but we are unable to offer a specific estimate of when they will be resolved at the moment.

Since these issues are limited to the preview page and do not impact how your listings will look once posted to eBay, I don't feel it is necessary to wait until they are addressed to resume posting your listings to eBay. However, you are certainly welcome to do so if you wish.

I will follow up with you through your open support case on this subject when we are able to get the preview page issues resolved or I can get an estimate of when that will happen. I fully expect that we will focus on correcting these issues instead of rolling back to the old preview page.

Hi lookandbuyme,

I am actually expecting us to have a solution in place for this issue soon, potentially as early as this week. I have your support case # 511372 on file with respect to this issue and will update you through that case when the issue has been resolved.

At this point, we have only seen this happen when the template called "Black w/ White Accents" is used. If you have seen that behavior when using any other templates, please let us know and we will look into the issue further.
