I click on bulk relist and best offer comes up with auto decline and auto accept all checked off.

In order to enter an amount one has to click and click again so that the field turns to white and can be piloted.

In order to just use best offer without auto accept and decline, one has to click it to uncheck it.

why all these extra steps?

itsjustme or is it?

Hi itsjustme,

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. I was able to reproduce the behavior you described and do not see any reason we should not be able to eliminate those extra steps, so I have forwarded the details of the issue over to our technical team for further investigation.

I am not quite sure when we will be able to update our site to make this specific process more efficient at this point, but I will follow up with you again through this thread to let you know when the issue has been addressed or any other pertinent information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.

I am so frustrated with this feature. It has yet another huge issue associated with it.

I am bulk relisting. I have gone through and checked and unchecked each field so that it can be piloted with the amounts. I enter the amounts and check my work. I make one mistake on one (out of around fifty listings I am bulk relisting). Perhaps decimal point in the wrong place or I have entered same number for accept and reject. ALL OF THE LISTS LOSE THE DOLLAR AMOUNTS I HAVE INPUT. ALL THE CHECK MARKS ARE BACK AND I HAVE TO START AGAIN. I have to check and uncheck each item and enter numbers again. System used to just reject the one listing with the error. NOw all my work is lost and I have to start all over.
Hi itsjustme,

Thanks for the additional information. I suspect this specific issue has the same root cause as the similar technical difficulty you mentioned in your original post, but I have made our technical team aware of this new behavior so we can ensure we implement a solution that will address both of them.

I will keep you posted on this set of issues as additional information becomes available. Sorry about the continued difficulties.

Is there any update as to when these fixes will take place? Relisting is so time consuming and involves so much rework. We can't even bulk relist an item with the same information because other than the start price and duration, the information is no longer visible. (unless i want to relist each item individually)

If I had an item that ran for seven days with a best offer, I don't even know what the accept or reject offers were to make an adjustment, unless of course i open each one..
Hi itsjustme,

We just made a change intended to address these issues as part of an update we released yesterday so you should not encounter either of these specific issues moving forward. However, I see that several of the items you have attempted to relist since have failed due to “Not Posted in Time” errors and we are currently looking into that further.

I was able to locate the support case you filed with respect to these relist failures and we will follow up with you through that case to let you know as soon as we have found out more about that cause. We apologize for the continued difficulties.

-Mike
