Problem with Token Generation

Here's the error that vomes up in my event list when I try to generate a token:
An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

I don't know of multiple accounts. I did have another one but cancelled that account or so I thought. Help!!!

I've tried both reactivating and cancelling the accounts and still get the failure when trying to generate a token.

Could it be something else? Is there a way to just completely remove my accounts and let me start over?

Seems just cancelling an account does not remove it from the system where the token is concerned. I even went to EBay and tried cancelling the token they had on file for Auctiva but still got the same error.

Try this: log-out of Auctiva completely, log out of eBay completely, close your browser and then come back and see if it works.
