Problems Listing, Problems Signing On, Problems with Checkout...problems problems

I really looked forward to using auctiva. Sounded like a great site to utilize, but I've added about 20 hours of listing time trying to make auctiva work. Constant site downage. Constant errors. Constant problems. Today I spent 2 hours trying to invoice a customer becuase they hit a "use auctiva checkout" button on one of their purchases but not the others. This caused a HUGE headache. The idea behind this site is great, but you've got some SERIOUS issues with regard to follow thru. During the 10 cent listings only SOME of my items downloaded thru auctiva, others, had to be w/out auctiva so this caused problems with my auctiva store not showing everything. Noticed since usign Auctiva that my customer views have actually gone DOWN. Not something I hoped for. Plus, regarding the combined shipping...if you can't combine shipping what good is insurance? I'm not charging or paying for multiple shipments when everything been shipped together. Again, serious followthru problems that have made me think I should have never tried auctiva.

I have been experiencing problems with auctiva since they moved and upgraded. When I log in it logs me back out. So I spend like 20 minutes loggin in. Then when I click on listings it logs me back out. So I log back in and click lisitings then I create a listing and go to post to ebay and it logs me back out. I sit here and spend a couple of hours playing around with this site. Im getting so fed up that I just copy and paste my HTML in a word document and go thru ebay to post my listings.

I am considering lookin elsewhere cuz this is really a headache when I have to spend so many x amount of hours just to post one listing. Shoot I am so tempted to head over to vendio and pay for their site.

Auctiva Checkout has some known issues that can cause some problems. Generally, most people suggest that you use eBay's checkout procedure. You can use eBay's checkout and still buy your insurance through Auctiva.

Also, the way I understand it, not being able to combine invoices in Auctiva Checkout is eBay's fault, not Auctiva's.

The scrolling window is a total must have for any ebayer!! Thats what I came here for. Once I got here I loved the way you can enter info on one page. Your pitures, discription, all that stuff!! with out have to go page to page to page. Saved profiles and downloading many items at one time!! super cool! The check out and shipping insuance is where Im stumped.
