Problems with Master Profiles not showing up in description

Please help! I have been using Auctiva regularly for several months, have several saved master profiles, etc. However, the past few days I have been unable to get my master profiles for details in descriptions to load. Anyone with answers, please advise. Thanks!

I think I had the same problem.... For some reason, I cannot use IE to make my listings because I cannot get the profiles to load and I cannot insert pictures from Auctiva into the listings. I use Firefox as my browser for most everything, anyway. However, I cannot upload pics all at once with Firefox, so I have to switch to IE for that. No big deal for me.

I'm sure more saavy users know what to do - but if you use Mozilla Firefox, perhaps you can get your profiles to load properly.
