Is there a problem with shipping options or has anyone else experienced different shipping options than you thought you had selected for an item? I have had a number of sales come back with shipping options that do not make sense like express mail as the free shipping option for some 20.00 crayons. The buyer was nice, but I still had to send priority mail when I had intended to send parcel post or first class.

This is not the only example, but to be honest the problem could be me - trying to get too many things posted and not paying enough attention to details. thought I would check with the community. Thanks

Thanks for posting about your experience here. I am not aware of any technical problems that would account for the behavior you have described but, if you have listings that have posted to eBay with different shipping options than you chose within Auctiva, that is definitely something we would like to investigate further.

Please contact our customer support team about this by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and choosing the "File Support Case" option and we will see if we can determine what happened.
