profile checkout - java script empty on returns??

I am trying to build my first set of profiles ARRRRGGGHH On the checkout profile it will not allow me to choose a return policy. When the cursor is sitting right on the choice the little tiny text at the bottom left of the screen - the one that tell what you are actually pointing - at says Java script void (0). Any help here? I'm trying to learn how this thing works

Hi dogstar932,

When you click on the "Choose Return Policy" link, a pop up window should show up where you can input your return policy. I just tested it and it is working on our end.

If you are not getting this window, try disabling your pop up blockers and then try again.

Thanks Mike - it did not help, but the end result was rather comical. When I finally gave up and shut down the Auctiva page there was the little popup window - hiding behind it all the time

It works fine now, thanks again.
