Questions about free store - not commerce store

Hi All,
I don't know what I am doing. I joined Auctiva and managed to set up my profiles. I set up my store, my contact info and all that. The only problem I am having is getting items into my store that are not in an auction. I have created listings that are store listing, but I can't seem to get them to my store. I feel kind of dumb for asking, but I have spent hours trying to figure it out. Please help!

Hi,

The one-page lister is for creation of eBay listings. The free Auctiva Store Gallery reflects items you list at eBay only. The "Store Inventory" format on the one-page lister is for submission of listings to those who subscribe to eBay's Store service, i.e. you get the 30 day or GTC for the item at the lower store listing fee. The Auction and Fixed Price format are for listings that go into what is commonly referred to as the "core" (vs Store) with the higher visibility. I'm taking a guess that the "Store Inventory" format was the confusing issue.

Thank you so much. I can stop trying to figure it out. I was wanting to put item that had been listed twice and did not sale in the store only. Now I guess I will group a bunch of them together and list again.

Sounds like you need an Auctiva Commerce Storefront for that extra inventory.
