I hope I get some help, I have submitted a help ticket and I have looked all over the boards and I haven't seen an answer to most of the re-listing questions.

I went into the closed listing and I imported all of the unsold listings. It said they were put into saved listings. Now, I don't know which ones are eligible for re-listing, and I need to make some changes to them but I don't know if I can and then re-list?

BUT....
I'm trying to make changes to listings in the Saved Listings and I'm assuming I'm trying to edit a Re-list items because I am unable to save them. I get an error saying it didn't save because and it doesn't give me a reason.

I think I have already re-listed a bunch in the past and have paid full price and that really sucks. I'm REALLY hoping that I don't have to make all the changes and re-list through eBay Mad

Hi Heidi,

To relist through Auctiva and remain eligible for the listing fee reimbnursement from eBay, you must check the boxes next to the items on your "Closed Listings" page, and then click the blue "Relist" button.

Our current basic relisting functionality does not allow revisions to be made before relisting so, if you would like to revise a relisted item, you would have to revise it after relisting it, or relist it directly through eBay, where you will be able to make changes first.

We will be adding the ability to make changes to and schedule relists as part our Phase II release, which is scheduled for May of 2007.
