Red X in box on active listing

Try replacing the picture in auctiva. copy the code again, then edit the listing. Don't cancel the listing and recreate it because ebay will charge you for a new listing.

If you have a bid on the item, you may not be able to edit the listing.

Have you deleted the photos from your "Uploaded Images" folders in Auctiva? If so, the images will not appear in the eBay listing. Auctiva acts as a "host" for your eBay listing, so the images MUST remain on the Auctiva website during the entire time your listing is active. If you delete the photos, they will appear as red X's on eBay.

I REALLY think random multiple images have gone missing from my account lately as well. I went to relist some auctions through evilBay tonight that ended a few days ago and noticed one of them was missing it's "main" image. Last week when several were still running I also noticed the aforementioned "red x's" on some of my auctions. I didn't think too much of it at the time because oddly enough.. the images were still displaying in the store window so I figured Auctiva was having isolated linking troubles. But I DID notice that one of my images was totally gone from the Auctiva images folder tonight when I logged in. Quite frankly.. I know I couldn't have accidently deleted it because I haven't even logged into Auctiva since I listed my last round of auctions 2 weeks ago. The image was not in the deleted folder as well.

That sounds really strange. I would suggest that you file a support ticket with Auctiva and see if they can track down the reason.
