Hi Adult N Beyond,

Yes, if you posted an item through Auctiva with an auto-relist profile attached to it and you would like to make it so that item will not be relisted automatically, you just need to check the box next to that item on your Auctiva Active Listings page and then click the blue "Stop Auto-Relist" button.

Also, if you relist an item that did not sell he first time around and you then relist the item using the "Relist" option, you will NOT receive a refund of your insertion fee if the item does not sell the second time either. You will only receive that reimbursement if the item DOES sell the second time around.

You can read more about eBay's "Free Relist Policy" on the following page of their help index: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/questions/free-relist.html

Hi Adult N Beyond,
No they will not refund your money if it dosen't sell.
The way it works is as follows:
If your item sells and the buyer dosen't pay then you may qualify for a final value fee credit, but not your listing fee.
If you list a item and it dosen't sell the first time and you relist it and it sells the second time then ebay will not charge you the listing fees for the second time you listed it.
In addition to what Ray just said about the relisting insertion fee credit, remember that eBay does not offer the credit to Fixed Price listings anymore (with the exception of an Unpaid item,) but auction-style listings can still get the credit.

"Relist Credits Ending for Fixed Price Listings October 22
As you know, we recently reduced Insertion Fees for Fixed Price listings to just 35 cents for a full 30 days, and just 15 cents in Books, Music, Movies & DVDs, and Video Games. As a result, starting October 22 we will no longer be offering Insertion Fees credits when Fixed Price items are relisted. Credits will still be issued for unpaid items and are now being extended to single quantity Store Inventory Format listings if there is an unpaid item. Note that relist credits for Auction-style listings will continue."
