I would like to know if an auction is relisted, does it count as one of your allotted auctions for the month?

Hi ellenbloch,
Thanks for posting your question here. Any items that you post through your Auctiva account, including relists done from your Closed Listings page, will be counted against the monthly posting allowance included with your plan.
However, the automatic relisting of Good 'Til Canceled listings and any other relists you may initiate directly through the eBay website will not count against this monthly listing allowance.

What is ellenbloch referring to? At 1st I thought she was referring to eBay's free listings, but your answer seems to say it refers to something else.
Has there been a change on Auctiva? Is there now some limit on number listings I can do for my monthly fee?

Hi Joel,
Ellenblock was referring to the listing allowances that are included with the Starter and Advanced Plans we are currently offering, which support posting 15 and 100 listings per month through Auctiva respectively.
If you are subscribed to a plan that does not include a limitation on the number of listings you can post per month, this would not apply to you at this time. You can verify the details of your current plan by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account and selecting the “My Plan Info” option.
