Relisting unsold auction originally created on ebay??

Hi, I am very new to auctiva and have only been selling on ebay for a few months. I have a few auctions that I would like to relist. I originally created them on ebay, but would now like to relist using auctiva. They show up in the closed auction portion of auctiva. How do I get them to relist without having to reenter all the info again? I would like to add templates etc. just to make them look more professional. TIA!!

If you relist thru auctiva you wont get your listing fees back if it sells.

If you want to add a template, you could do the listing here, and get the html code and add it to the listing via ebay in the description area when you relist.

If you decide to relist through Auctiva anyway I believe you just move the listings from Closed to Saved and then you can edit/list them.

I haven't actually done it so if I've missed a step you might search the board for the terms "relist" and "eBay" as I know Auctiva staff have outlined the steps a bunch of times.

Hi kgarner,

Yes...locate the listings you'd like to relist in your closed listings folder, check the boxes next to them, and click the "Import" button.

This will import them to your saved listings foilder where they can be revised and relisted.

Bear in mind, listings relisted in this manner will not be eligible for eBay's listing fee reimbursement.
